Thrive! Te Pae Ora is a service for young people aged 12 to 19.
Our team of registered health professionals including counsellors, psychologists, social workers, nurses and occupational therapists work to help young people manage the ups and downs of life, particularly challenges with mental health and/or alcohol and other drug use. Our focus is on wellbeing and developing strengths.

The service provides:
- 1 to 6 sessions for mild to moderate mental health support across the Southern DHB area
- 1 to 6 sessions for substance use and co-existing problems in Invercargill City, Southland District & Gore District, Queenstown-Lakes District & Central Otago District (Not available in Dunedin, Waitaki and Clutha Districts where this service is provided by Mirror HQ).
