Thrive has seen significant increase in the demand for support in Central Lakes, Otago and Southland this year. As a result, there is a delay in our ability to see clients for face-to-face appointments in these areas. If you require face-to-face counselling we will unfortunately not be able to see you now until mid to late January.

Please note:

• Clients in Otago, Southland and Central Lakes who are open to phone or video (telehealth) sessions may be able to be seen before the end of the year. If this option suits, please indicate this on the referral form or call us to advise.
• South Canterbury is currently unaffected. 
• Thrive prioritises clients with urgent needs. Please include any significant issues on the referral that may mean an earlier appointment is needed.
